The jak tree

The jak is a versatile tree. People eat the jak fruit when it is tender it is polos. When it is waraka or wela. When it is seasoned Kos. Waraka is good fore diabetic patients. We can dry the jak leaves and grind them. Diabetic patients drink it. Animals is ate the outer covering. People use the roots to dye the robes of Buddhist monks. It colure is saffron. People use jak timber to construct buildings and make furniture. People use dry branches for fire wood the jak tree beautifies nature it is a gift of nature.
